The thermostat seemed purely decorative because the room temperature remained stubbornly fixed at 'slightly chilly'. the promised city views turned out to be more of a 'car park vista' I did not request.

i arrived early the reception was very accomodating. they found me a cleaned room i could check into so i saved waiting till 3pm. ALL the staff they were very friendly at ALL times Polite they ALL were VERY accomodating.
